MAKE UP FOR EVER Foundation Nation Campaign

Foundation is the #1 selling makeup subcategory in the US, however with about 500 foundation products on the market* it’s no surprise that 73% of women say it’s challenging to find the right foundation**. MAKE UP FOR EVER is launching Foundation Nation, a campaign to help women everywhere address the most common foundation challenges identified by a recent study conducted by The NPD Group, Inc., a global information company, for the brand. During the event, MAKE UP FOR EVER’s team of professional artists will be on-hand for complimentary 15 minute foundation lessons to empower women to put their most flawless face forward. During each one-on-one session, artists will help clients “diagnose” their biggest foundation issue and then learn how to solve it by teaching proper complexion application techniques. A makeup artist will do one-half of the client’s face, and then have the client do the other half in order to learn how to do it on her own. This proprietary education technique was developed by the brand and is taught in their Make Up Schools across the country. Everyone will also be matched for their ideal foundation based on undertones, skin type, desired coverage level and finish. No appointments necessary – just stop by.

MAKE UP FOR EVER Mobile School is coming to a city near you!
So ladies, grab your makeup bags and head on over to get your beauty remix on!

What is it?

MAKE UP FOR EVER pros will be going through your makeup bag and teaching you hands on lesson on how to apply to achieve your most flattering look! You will be walking away with a custom face chart detailing how to use the products and also list of any additional products recommended by the artist to round out your look. A professional photographer will also be on-site to capture each client's "after" look, which will be uploaded to an album on MAKE UP FOR EVER USA Facebook page.

For people that are on the go with limited time, MAKE UP FOR EVER will have make up stations dedicated to quick lip and complexion touch ups feature Pro Finish, the brand's innovative new multi-use powder foundation.

The one in Dallas, TX is coming up in about a week from now. Of course I will be attending and also meet & greet with the rest of the PRO's. Little sad story, I was asked to be an artist for this event last year (Austin, TX) and this year (Dallas, TX) and both times I could not make it. Timing is just horrible let me tell you! Such a great opportunity too. If you are in the area, you should definitely come by and take a peek at what MAKE UP FOR EVER is offering! It's going to be an exciting event to attend.
